Connection. Something we do every day with our peers, family, friends, pets and ourselves. We hear the term self-care all day every day. But, what if nutrition and how we nourish ourselves was a form of self-care we could do every day, multiple times per day? Nutrition Connection helps you discover messages or “phantoms” you continuously tell yourself about food, body and self; both positive and not. By exposing these phantoms we begin to extract negative thoughts and replace them with positive.
