Seasons can bring many unique challenges. Come join us for a 3-hour workshop focusing on making the seasons meaningful and memorable. Learn how to take part in all that the changing seasons has to offer in a mindful way that nourishes the body and soul! We will delve into a variety of topics including coping strategies for dealing with stress, the importance of self-care, and removing anxiety related to celebratory eating occasions.
