How would you describe your approach to nutrition counseling?
My approach to nutrition counseling is from a compassionate, non-judgmental place while also providing firmness to help challenge my client.
Which avenues of dietetics do you feel most passionate about pursuing?
As a mom myself, I am most passionate about helping other women navigate the time of pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and postpartum. I find great joy in combining my training in dietetics and yoga to help women find peace with food and their bodies.
If you were to have any other profession other than Registered Dietitian, what would it be and why?
I would be a pastry chef. I love exploring new recipes and making delicious creations to share with family and friends.
Where can we find you when you're not in client sessions?
I love spending time exploring outdoor spots with my husband and daughter. I also enjoy practicing yoga and exploring wineries/breweries with my girlfriends.
