Being in the Here and Now

Mindful eating and intuitive eating are different, but overlap in practice.
Learning about them simultaneously can simplify the process.

Mindfulness is a practice of concisousness or awareness or simple put "being present".  Mindful eating is an extention of this practice consisting of being present with food, choosing a non-diet approach and connecting mind - body.

Nutritious Thoughts will take time to remind you to BREATHE and assist in increasing your knowledge of...

  • Internal vs. External Cues
  • Personal Hunger and Satiety signals
  • Hunger vs. Cravings
  • Sensory awareness
  • How to approch food without judgement
  • Being in the present moment
