How would you describe your approach to communicating with clients, family members, and loved ones?

I always approach others with respect and compassion. You never know what someone is thinking or experiencing, and it’s important to provide a safe space for others to feel heard and understood. 

What makes you feel passionate about being a part of Nutritious Thoughts?

Everyone has a unique relationship with food, and I love the different approaches that our dietitians take to helping their community reach a happy relationship. This community has a lot to offer, and I’m grateful to be a part of it!

If you were to have any other profession, what would it be and why?

I used to be a teacher, so that is definitely something that I can see myself continuing to do. However, running a small bakery would be a real dream! I love baking and experimenting with different flavors both savory and sweet.

Where can we find you when you're not working?

You can probably find me out in the garden, or in the kitchen baking with garden fresh ingredients to share with my friends and neighbors. I love spending time outdoors, but I also spend a lot of time at home doing various crafts using different artistic mediums.
