Outpatient Dietitian

*Andrea is currently accepting new clients!*

How would you describe your approach to nutrition counseling?

My approach to nutrition counseling is from compassionate and non-judgmental place. My approach is also focused on helping others to build healthy relationships with food, their bodies, and movement.

Which avenues of dietetics do you feel most passionate about pursuing?

I am actively pursuing my eating disorder certification (CEDRD) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp). I am passionate about working with people with eating disorders and disordered eating. I am also very passionate about helping people manage their diabetes and gastrointestinal issues.

If you were to have any other profession other than Registered Dietitian, what would it be and why?

Besides what I do, my absolute dream job would be to be paid to travel and try cuisines and experience different cultures all over world. I love how food can be a way to connect with each other and share our cultures.

Where can we find you when you're not in client sessions?

I love spending time outside with my dog whether its hiking or taking naps in the sun! I love creating and usually have some DIY project or craft that I am working on. I also love dancing whether its in a studio, group class, or my kitchen!
